Drain and Sewer Nozzles For Cleaning and Relining

Stage 2: The Second Nozzle Assembly You Need

After you have penetrated the blockage and can get a line through it , you will want to clear it completely or roots and debris. Our penetrating nozzle assemblies may be able to do that for you. However, they only apply 30 -40% of your jetters power to the job.  Our cutter nozzles from the DC range use 100% of the energy to cleaning and cutting out debris.

The DC Cutters clean back down the line with 100% power applied to the job

This is where our DC cutters come in. They cut and clean backwards down the line. Really fast.

They are the most effective and powerful back cutting turbo nozzle assemblies on the market for operating in 4"-6"+ pipes. This is because the water jet is a laminar flow jet. The power of your pump is not taken away with water turbulence. This means they are capable of cutting through tree roots, ice, grease, toilet wipes and much more.

You can use them to penetrate and cut forward in soft or hard materials. You can then flush out all debris from the line without changing nozzles. They work down-stream through a minimum 50 mm access point. Our cutting nozzles have attachments allowing you to adjust the angle of attack in the line.

The cutters can enter a line and go around many types of bends as shown in the diagram here.

You can use the assemblies in all pressures up to 5000 psi and in hot water up to 180 F or 80 C.
