All Purpose Long Penetrator (C43r)
Travels through 100 mm (4″) bends and drops into a 150 mm (4″) shaft when travelling downstream.
Its specialty is to cut through extreme blockages around bends or dropping into a shaft, with its front turbo nozzle and used in 150 – 300 mm lines (4″-12″) caused by big tree roots, ice, hard fat etc.
Can be adjusted with rings to increase its power to work in 100 mm and 150 mm lines (4″ and 6″)
The minimum hose size to be used is 3/8″.
It quickly penetrates by cutting in a forward motion upstream or downstream with the world’s most powerful reverse turbo nozzle (internal spinning) that produces the highest quality Laminar flow water on the market.
Cleans the wall of the pipe and flushes out the debris in two ways.
1. When travelling downstream the front turbo nozzle cleans and flushes the line.
2. When travelling upstream the front turbo nozzle cleans and the back ceramic jets flush the line.
It’s the safest way to enter into a 150 mm (6″) blocked line:
Specifically designed to travel on the bottom of the drain (it does not fly in the line) and to exit the line it needs 44 mm (approx. 1 1/2″) for the pipe to have collapsed. The outside diameter of this assembly is 38 mm. This nozzle travels through 100mm (4′) 90° bends and drops into a 150mm (6″) shaft when travelling downstream.
C = is the carriage that the turbo nozzle and the ceramic jets connect to

Cuts forward with a 30° reverse turbo nozzle and with 3, 4 or 6 back 30° ceramic jets to thrust you there. You only need a minimum 44mm (1 1/2″) hole to get into the line and a minimum 21 – 150 l/min (6-40 gpm) at 2K, 3K, 4K, 5000 psi.
You are using 30% power in the front turbo nozzle to cut if you are using 21 – 30 l/min (5.5 – 8 gpm) and 70% power from the back jets to thrust you there or to flush out debris.
It can be jetted to work in different scenarios:
A: Jetted 21 – 30 l/min (5.5 – 8 gpm) with a 30m (100′) 1/4 hose on a portable mini reel connected to the end of your main reel, you can work in 100mm (4″) lines, go around 100mm (4″) 90° bends and drop into a 150mm (4″) square junction whilst travelling downstream. If you have a jetter over 21 – 30 l/min (5.5 gpm) you will by-pass the water to your tank with your needle valve or dump valve (unloader valve).
Note: Many plumbers use 60m (200″) of 1/4″ hose on their mini reel. We recommend due to the high pressure loss in 1/4″ hose ( 600 psi per 30 m -100″), to cut your 1/4″hose in half, store it in your vehicle and either use it in a longer run or as a spare hose if your hose bursts.
B: Jetted 21 – 38 l/min (5.5 – 10 gpm) with a 60m (200′) 3/8 hose on a portable mini reel connected to the end of your main reel, you can work in 100 mm (4″) lines, go around 10 mm (4′) 90° bends and drop into a 150mm (6″) square junction whilst travelling downstream. If you have a jetter over 21 – 38 l/min (5.5 – 10 gpm) you will by-pass the water to your tank with your needle valve or dump valve (unloader valve).
C: Jetted 21 – 38 l/min (5.5 – 10 gpm) with a 60m (200′) 3/8 hose on a portable mini reel connected straight to the jetter you can work in 100mm (4″) lines, go around 100 mm (4′) 90° bends and drop into a 150mm (6″) square junction whilst travelling downstream. If you have a jetter over 21 – 38 l/min (5.5 – 10 gpm) you will by-pass the water to your tank with your needle valve or dump valve (unloader valve).
D: Jetted two ways if your pump is over 40 l/min (10 gpm) with your 120m (400″) 3/8, 1/2 or 3/4 main reel hose you can:
1. screw on the Thruster (jetted to take the leftover water) between the C43r 3 jet (5.5 – 8 gpm) and the main reel to utilise all the water coming from your jetter as thrust to get you further.
2. purchase a second C43r 6 jet carriage (the back part of the assembly) jetted up for the full water supply then unscrew the 3 jet carriage you are using with the 1/4″ hose and changing it over with the new 6 jet carriage.
E. You can purchase the C43r carriage with 3 side jets to turn left or right whilst travelling upstream the line and turn into the junction you require by twisting the hose. There is skill required in doing this and you will need a CCTV to get the assembly to the junction you require.
Safety pipe used in straight lines:
Specifically designed to allow the assembly to travel at the bottom of the line with small or large-size jetters and not to take off like a plane and fly in the line. With the safety pipe, the assembly cannot make a U-turn in straight lines 150 – 450 mm (6-18″).
By using specifically designed 100 mm(4′) or 150 mm (6′) rings on the front of your assembly, you can adjust the assembly like a cannon. This will increase your forward cutting, cleaning and flushing power.
In situations where you need to cut through roots, you can start without any rings and then start adding rings if required one by one changing the size from small to larger. It’s like having a hole saw hole cutting through but you are using water.
The other designed feature of the rings is to be able to go over dislodged or misaligned pipes.
Unscrew the front turbo nozzle and screw on a front cap and use the assembly to flush the line or as a hammer to push out, for example, a brick from the line.
The C43r is made from stainless steel (not to rust), the seat, the rotor of the turbo nozzle are tungsten carbide, freeing you from constant oiling and servicing. The thrusting jets inserts are made from ceramic to last for many years. Rated at 6000 PSI, has a 3/8′ BSPP female thread and can be connected to any hose with adapters.
